We currently have a Senior Director, Commercial Business Process position available at our Corporate Headquarters in Boise, ID. This is a challenging senior role with a broad swath of responsibility. The role:Leads and manages a team of Process Team Leaders whose teams design, build, test and implement business processes that support four operating units and several centralized functions. This activity is carried out in conjunction with our IT organization and our systems integration partner in the context of converting to an SAP S4 environment.Drives strategic conversations with our operating groups in order to help the organization make critical decisions on key commercial processes and to identify common processes and business capabilities across groups. The role will also be responsible for driving to resolution business issues related to common commercial process design through our commercial process governance council.Collaborates with their peers on the Business Process Strategy team as well as within the Enterprise Architecture organization and the operating units to drive long-term development of a common end-state business infrastructure.
ACCOUNTABILITIES OVERVIEW:Begin immediately to work with our Senior Director, Business Process Integration to transition the management of our HR and Finance process teams to themselves.Oversee management of our Commercial and Finance process teams. Collaborate closely with the Sr. Director, Business Process Integration to build strong cross-process continuity. Provide leadership in the development of business processes enabled by SAP; reviews materials for consistency and quality Provides leadership to Commercial End to End Process Leads to ensure that their team members complete deliverables as scheduled Evaluates impact of business requirement gaps and validates potential solutions to meet the business and project requirements Serve as champion to major change impacts within the Enterprise and throughout the project.Support the process and enabling work stream teams in process designCollaborate with Strategist and respective Business Unit leads to turn above insights into capability roadmapsCoordinate with optimization teams to ensure process and adherence Prepares materials and presents to executive level audiences

Education/Experience:Bachelor's Degree from 4 year college or university in Business or related field. 8+ years' experience integrating a process or project. Ability to lead large-scale initiatives and supervising multiple people, projects, and environments. Experience in delegation of tasks, direction of team members, and coordination of work of a team. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills to communicate effectively across cultures and all levels of a global organization. Ability to effectively manage priorities, create focus and eliminate roadblocks; uses time effectively.
TRAVEL:Willingness to travel up to 50%, which may include international travel. Willingness to be based for long periods of time at a location prior to go live and afterwards, including international sites.
