Agribusiness Recruitment Practices – Agribusinesses are using referrals, their website and online job boards to reach prospective applicants.  More than half use or plan to use social media to recruit.  The majority said sales roles were the most difficult to recruit.  Sixty percent plan to do more graduate recruitment in the next 1 to 5 years.  The 2013-2014 U.S. Agribusiness HR Review provides a range of human resource practices relevant to participating agribusinesses over the last twelve months.  In addition to recruitment data, the report documents salary reviews, employee attrition, workforce trends, development, flexible staffing, bonus and incentive schemes, benefits, hiring practices and employer branding strategies.
