Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing inbound leads, and cultivating relationships with prospective clients. You’ll work closely with the VP of Sales to understand customer needs, promote our products/services, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify inbound leads through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and follow-up plans.
- Close sales and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, track sales activities, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing excellent service and solutions.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferred but not requited.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.
