Job Description: Service Administrator, Saskatoon (on-site)

Position Available: ASAP, Permanent Full-time

 

Job Objectives:
We are currently looking for a Service Administrator with agricultural experience to manage warranties, service bulletins, and after-sales related invoicing and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing to a growing team. The balance of working independently, with limited supervision, and contributing to a fast-growing team is a must.

 

Job Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.  
Successful management of the HORSCH Service Administrator includes the ability to:

  • Process dealer warranty claims, model upgrades and issue credit notes in SAP.
  • Process dealer parts invoices in SAP.
  • Reconcile parts invoices, shipping/brokerage invoices and warranty credits, ensuring accurate bookkeeping records and other bookkeeping related tasks.
  • Produce and manage dealer performance dashboard.
  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows, and dealer events, such as materials, accommodations and catering.
  • Maintain promotional products inventory and manage team requests.
  • Manage warehouse supplies and expenses.

 

Required skills: 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, mostly in English.
  • Advanced computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite, including Power BI.
  • Self-starter, ambitious & motivated with the ability to work in a team.
  • Knowledge of the AG industry and understanding of equipment functionalities is an asset.

 

Education:

  • Related post-secondary education (Administration, Agriculture, and/or other relevant fields or trades)
  • Two years of higher education or equivalent industry relevant work experience.
