Job responsibilities will include:

• Working with a team of drivers to coordinate and schedule loads for 80+ swine facilities in central Ohio.
• Manage all incoming grain and feed ingredients.
• Quality control of all inbound and outbound feed ingredients including sampling and testing.
• Ingredient inventory management and scheduling.
• Provide ownership with ingredient price comparisons.
• Manage a preventative maintenance program including greasing of equipment and general housekeeping items.
• Process and manufacture finish feed orders for 80+ swine growing facilities in central Ohio.
• Manage inventory of those facilities to ensure correct feed ration is being manufactured.
• Other responsibilities that may arise as assigned.

Qualifications: To be successful in this position the following skills are essential.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Heavy lifting of up to 60 lbs.
• Climbing ladders
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Time management and personal organizational skills
• Ability to work well with others
• Professionalism when working with others inside and outside the company
• Comfortable with after hours phone calls occasionally

Education/Experience Desired:

• High school diploma
• Management experience
• Knowledge of production agriculture
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs
• Technical skills of mechanical and electrical components are preferred
• Ability to operate equipment including a forklift
