Hawk’s Agro is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Location Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and overall success of our Rouleau retail location. This leadership role is responsible for managing operations staff, overseeing inventory and logistics, supporting safety and compliance, and building strong relationships with customers and community stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities
Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop the operations team, including seasonal staff
- Determine staffing needs and manage scheduling
- Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and AWSA standards
- Ensure training requirements are completed and facilitate monthly safety meetings
- Oversee yard, facility, and equipment maintenance
Operations & Inventory Management
- Manage ordering, forecasting, and inventory tracking
- Coordinate with sales reps to ensure the accuracy of orders and product flow
- Monitor inventory positions, complete weekly counts, and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with other Hawk’s Agro locations to optimize supply
- Ensure efficient logistics coordination and customer service delivery
- Support accurate and timely accounts receivable follow-up
Customer & Community Engagement
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Lead relationships with defined customer sales at the location
- Represent Hawk’s Agro positively in the community

Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in agriculture or a related operational environment
- Strong organizational, planning, and team development skills
- Working knowledge of ag input products, inventory systems, and logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business systems
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
