HAW Farms, a family-owned business, is hiring an Assistant Farm Manager. 

Located in Moriarty, New Mexico, we farm 1300 tillable acres under pivot irrigation. Much of the acreage is planted in corn for silage, with a small amount of triticale and alfalfa.

Job Duties-  Plan and Execute:

• Soil preparation             
• Planting           
• Fertilizer/Insecticide application 
• Pivot maintenance         
• Harvest             
• Basic equipment maintenance
• Supervise two helpers

Equipment:

• Claus Choppers             
• Loaders and Tractors     
• Most are GPS equipped            
• Planters                       
• Disks, plows, sunflower    

We are looking for someone who has a desire to learn, is responsible and dependable.
