This role is perfect for self-driven professionals with a passion for farming communities and direct grower relationships. You will manage your own territory, follow up on warm leads generated by an internal call team, and have full access to in-house financing support for your customers.

What You Will Do

-Sell seed products directly to growers in your assigned Midwest territory
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships year-round
-Convert warm leads from a high-performing internal call center
-Collaborate with in-house loan support to offer customers financing options
-Support growers with product knowledge and seasonal insights

What You Bring

-3 or more years of experience in Ag sales or Seed sales
-Strong communication and closing skills
-Self-motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit
-Ability to travel within your region
-Basic agronomic knowledge is helpful but not required
