Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking an experienced Sales Agronomist in the Calgary to Lethsbridge area of Alberta, Canada, to sell precision Ag technology drone softwaBuire to large farmers, processors, and Agribusinesses looking to integrate drone scouting into their operations. This is an established territory primed for growth. Primary responsibilities to include:
- Identifying and engaging prospective customers
- Helping customers make data-driven decisions to improve yields and reduce costs
- Building strategic partnerships with agronomists, Ag retailers, drone resellers, and precision Ag specialists
- Collaborating with Ag equipment dealers, drone resellers, and precision Ag Specialists to drive indirect sales through partnerships
- Working closely with new customers to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and ROI realization
- Conducting field visits, attend industry events, and promote company and products at trade shows
- Keeping detailed records tracking sales, following market trends, and recording customer feedback
