What You'll Do

- Operate commercial sprayer and tender equipment to apply fertilizers and crop protection products

- Maintain application records and adhere to safety/environmental guidelines

- Perform light mechanical work and troubleshooting on equipment

- Communicate with customers and team members to ensure accurate and timely service

What We're Looking For

- High school diploma or GED

- Experience operating farm equipment or ag sprayers preferred

- Knowledge of crops and agronomy in Nebraska Panhandle / Wyoming a plus

- CDL and/or Nebraska or Wyoming Applicator License beneficial (or willing to obtain)

- Mechanically inclined and able to handle basic maintenance

- Strong attention to detail, customer-focused, and self-motivated
