Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an Ag Business in search for a Sales Representative. Company is seeking a motivated and passionate Agri Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves presenting and selling product lines to Ag Livestock and Dairy producers and dealers, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in the livestock and dairy industries.
- Educate clients about company products, attend trade shows, and conduct product demonstrations.
- Generate potential leads and proactively seek new sales opportunities.
- Set and exceed sales quotas, consistently achieving and surpassing targets.
- Track and report sales performance using CRM software.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Work independently and manage time efficiently to maximize sales and customer engagement.
- Handle customer and dealer expectations, providing solutions and addressing challenges.
- Work in and around livestock, adapting to various weather conditions.
