QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-secondary education beneficial but not required
- Ag background and experienced in Agronomy Sales or Ag Production; 2 or more years preferred
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skill set
- Solid relationship-building skills
- Ability to consistently perform peak outbound activity to source candidates and clients
- Effective solutions-provider, negotiator, and sales closer
- Proficient working by phone, computer (Microsoft Word), and in person
- Proven history of working ethically with high integrity and confidentiality

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a Recruiter / Sales person to add to their Agronomy Division staff. This role will work from their Grand Island, NE office. Primary responsibilities to include:
- Partnering with client organizations in recruiting active and passive qualified personnel
- Assisting Agricultural professionals to identify and place them in their ideal next role
- Building and maintaining solid business relationships with clients, well-qualified Agricultural personnel, and industry professionals
- Working closely with all Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT staff, recruiters, and management
