JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is representing a Tennessee animal nutrition company who is searching for a Plant Manager for their milling operation. Looking for someone with management experience in both plant management and employee management. Responsibilities will include:
Planning and executing production schedules, monitoring production processes, identifying and addressing bottlenecks to maximize output and meet production goals and implementing and maintaining quality standards, overseeing quality checks throughout the production process, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
