JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking an experienced Parlor Manager to oversee daily milking operations, train and supervise parlor staff, and ensure proper equipment maintenance. This role is key to maintaining efficiency, cow health, and team performance. The manager will collaborate closely with other departments and be part of the farm s leadership team.

Key Duties:
- Train, schedule, and supervise parlor staff
- Monitor milking routines, ensure on-time operations
- Provide feedback and retraining as needed
- Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs
- Track maintenance and parlor performance records
- Monitor cow health and handle hospital/rail protocols
- Work at least 3 milking shifts per week
- Collaborate with management on improvements and personnel decisions

Reports To: General Manager
Works With: Milkers, Herdsman, and Feed Manager
