Compensation: Base Salary $40K to $60K depending on experience

A privately held and fast-growing Ag company is seeking a sharp, dependable Office Operations Coordinator to play a key role in day-to-day administrative and sales support functions. What You Will Do

-Serve as a key point of contact for office operations
-Support administrative tasks including record-keeping, invoicing, scheduling, and vendor coordination
-Assist with sales reporting, customer data entry, and CRM updates
-Communicate directly with growers, lenders, and team members
-Provide cross-functional support in areas like accounting, logistics, and HR (depending on skillset)
-Adapt quickly to changing needs and assist where needed

What You Bring

-3 or more years of experience in office management, admin, operations, or ag support
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Ability to work independently while staying aligned with company goals
-Experience in agriculture, seed, crop inputs, or a related industry is helpful
-Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-role environment
