JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for a National Account Manager for this large progressive Swine Producer, for a leading swine genetics supplier in North America. We are seeking a National Account Leader to build and maintain professional relationships with large producers.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead customer-focused sales processes to build trust and create value.
- Monitor and improve production performance of current accounts.
- Identify and engage key prospective customers.
- Build relationships with industry influencers.
- Represent DNA Genetics at industry events.
- Provide top-notch customer support and stay updated on genetic and production technologies.

**Requirements:**
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Animal Science, or related field preferred but not required.
- Swine production experience.
- Regular overnight travel and potential relocation.
