- Work directly with growers in soliciting business
- Managing personal
- Familiar with food safety programs or work safety programs a plus
- A current fumigation license or willingness to obtain one
- Railcar experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an Ag Business in need of a Location Manager. This facility primarily service customers in the tortilla and tortilla chip industries but does work with companies in other areas of the food industry.

Responsibilities:

- General management of the NE facility.
- Overseeing the employees at the location (4-5).
- Working with contract growers in getting grower contracts, scheduling deliveries, and maintaining relationships with the growers.
- Working with plant personnel to make sure cleaning operation is running efficiently and cleaning up to standards.
- Be point of contact with the BNSF in making sure facility is serviced as scheduled.
- Working with the team to ensure their corn needs are met.
- Getting familiar with the food safety program and work in maintaining our food safety and organic certifications.
