- Solid understanding of heifers and cattle handling
- Ability to teach others
- Ability to make a judgment call
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- General understanding of computers and related dairy/farm software
- Ability to manage in a team environment
- Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) is preferred
