QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2+ years of current farm and ranch experience is preferred
- CDL/experience driving a truck a plus, but don't need CDL. Good DMV record is required
- Strong communication skills, work ethic, and good attitude is a must
- Ability to work independent as wells as know the value of teamwork
- Mechanically inclined with some welding skills a plus, strong maintenance skills are a must
- Row Crop experience a plus using large equipment, guidance systems, and precision applications

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is looking for a reliable Hay Grinder Assistant to operate a hay grinder mounted on truck using hydraulic boom and grapple for loading the tub grinder going from customer to customer in Nebraska. Looking for someone courteous with customers and good communication skills to join this operation. Prefer 2+ years of experience working in agriculture or heavy equipment. Willing to train the right person that has solid overall experience, stability, and references that is willing to learn, assist and advance in responsibility and trustworthy with equipment. Great location to raise a family! Area has good fishing on several lakes and good hunting in the area. Housing options if needed. Wages will be determined by experience, stability, and references.
