QUALIFICATIONS:

- Planting through harvest experience preferred
- Experience with GPS/mapping technology preferred
- Prefer a CDL or at least be willing and able to get CDL
- Prefer Welding and Fabricating
- Person who is Mechanically inclined would be a Big Plus
- Late model farm equipment
- Experience with elevators, bins and dryers
- Good listener, responsible, proactive and forward thinking, take direction

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for a good Right-Hand Man for this Missouri Crop Producer. Person needs to be proactive, forward thinking and able to handle anything that comes up on the farm from crop production to maintenance of equipment and just overall maintenance of the farm. Need to be a good communicator and work well in a team environment and on their own. Employer is running late model equipment and updating on regular basis. Big plus if person has run a planter and has done all phases of crop production, but candidate needs at least a general farm background and able to advance. Plus if person knows elevators, bins and dryers. Prefer a person to have operated a semi and prefer they have a CDL. Main focus of this position is crop production, equipment operations and equipment maintenance. Good opportunity for long-term position with good future.
