QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2+ years of farm equipment operation experience
- Reliable, responsible, and dependable and can look forward and see the big picture of working day to day
- Strong communication skills, work ethic in working in both a team and individual setting
- Good maintenance and general repair skills needed. Understanding a voltmeter is a plus
- Tractor operations skills, heavy equipment knowledge is a plus, but willing to teach the right person
- Cow/Calf experience is not essential, but must be willing to assist from time to time

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for a Farm Hand for a Pecan producer in Oklahoma. Need someone who is a team player, hard worker, reliable and looking for long-term employment. Great working environment with long-term opportunities. Assist on farming operations with opportunities to grow within organization. Need someone who takes pride in what they do. Prefer they have experience within pecan orchard industry although not required. Need to have maintenance and general repair skills. Most farm activities will be working in the orchard trimming, bush hogging, and spraying. Also have farm acres of soybeans rotated with wheat, rye, or even oats, depending on the year. Do also have 200 cow/calf pairs to oversee. Salary will be determined on experience, stability, and references. Do have a new 1-bedroom tiny house for single or couple that would be provided with utilities.
