QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of 5 years current experience with modern farm equipment operation with large equipment.
- Experience with both ag equipment and heavy equipment as the farm has traditional farm equipment, track hoes and land leveling equipment
- Experience operating a self-propelled sprayer, 2-3 years of experience would be bonus
- Good equipment operator a must, plant to harvest is a plus
- Ability to do routine maintenance and general repairs are needed. Keep operator stations tidy
- Able to take direction, have good attitude, communication, and be dependable and trustworthy
- Strong communication and writing skills in English are a must
- Any experience with rice farming will be a strong plus
- Must pass employer's Civil, Criminal, Driving and Social Media background check

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a solid Ag Operator for this central California farm operation. Looking for a strong equipment operator with plant to harvest experience. Farm operation is mostly flood irrigated and raises rice. Operation has a variety of equipment from Case, John Deere and Cat, and most equipment is well above average in condition, cleanliness, and kept in working order. Farm has on-farm grain storage in either bins or may have some overflow in bags. Farm E.O.E and wages will depend upon your experience, stability, and references. Hiring will include background checks and follow up with all references. Great location with good school options for family and work available for a spouse if so desired.
