QUALIFICATIONS:

- College degree in Agriculture is a plus, but will also consider experience in agronomy, marketing, precision, or other areas of strength in production agriculture
- Need 3-5 year farm experience along with CDL and good driving record or must be willing to obtain
- Routine maintenance and general repairs is a must, while welding would be a plus
- Dependable, self-motivated, team player, with strong communication skills and positive attitude required

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is looking for a Farm Equipment Operator for a progressive farm in Minnesota. The employer wants a skilled candidate with a degree in agronomy, precision, and/or marketing. They need someone who is a team player and hard-working for the long term. The main focus of this position is operating JD equipment. The farm has late-model equipment and excellent facilities, including a shop. The employer prefers a candidate with a good maintenance background and a CDL with a clean record, as seasonal times will involve delivering on grain contracts. They need someone who takes pride in what they do. The farm offers a great working environment, long-term opportunities, and a strong benefits package. Wages will be determined by experience.
