QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years of current row crop farming experience. Prefer some plant-to-harvest operations experience
- Good farm equipment operator experience using GPS
- Routine maintenance and general repair skills of farm equipment, including irrigation equipment of Pivots and Flood Irrigation
- Prefer good experience running semi w/ farm plates, having a clean DMV
- Additional skills such as Arc welding, agronomy, mechanics, hay equipment are all a plus, but considered trainable

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for a good Farm Equipment Operator for this Nebraska Farm Producer. Employer need a person who is a team player and who is a hard worker. Great working environment with long-term opportunities. All later model equipment, and looking for someone who takes pride in what they do. Need experience with most all grain farm equipment and trucking experience preferred. Employer prefer one to have a solid agronomic background, weed control and more. E.O.E with wages determined by experience, overall skill set, stability, & references. A possible option could be negotiated to have a few horses or cows. The farm has facilities as it used to be a cow/calf operation, complete with corrals and a barn for livestock. It's an excellent location for family, close to a larger city, and offers many opportunities for spouses to work, kids in school, family recreation, and indoor and outdoor activities.
