QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2 years of experience in full time farming, ranching, or feedlot setting
- Maintain highest level of customer service as one will be in contact with company Veterinarian clients
- Good animal health skills, oversight, and a passion for the wellbeing of all livestock is a plus with a passion overall for agriculture
- General maintenance of facilities such as fences, waters, manure management
- Oversee all equipment maintenance of feed wagons, tractors, loaders, skid steers and other farm equipment
- At all times, be hardworking, team player, strong communicator, self-starter, high morals, good ethics, motivated, and honest willing to jump in where needed.
- Must hold a valid driver s license with a clean record

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for a qualified Farm, Ranch and Veterinary Assistant for a family farm located in Minnesota. Seeking a person who is a self-starter, who can see the big picture, and is forward-thinking. Wanting someone with passion for agriculture, dependable, trustworthy, and willing to jump in where needed from working on the farm, to assisting on veterinarian calls as needed from time to time. Great positions for someone that may have studied Vet Tech, but at the same time, interested in someone with good experience that will be dependable. Handle general maintenance of yards and equipment around the farm. One will need to be able to provide good communication back to the owner, collaborating with and communicating is key to success with all. Good operation that can provide a long-term opportunity for the right person. Great location with several options to of school districts, and options in area to reside from a smaller village to a large city that may provide work for spouse or other family members.
