JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2- or 4-year college degree preferred but not required
- Ag background with Established Independent Network of Regional Distributor/Dealers a MUST
- Experience providing Seed Treatment services to Distributors/Dealers could be beneficial
- Influential Relationship-Builder who enjoys cultivating strong business relationships
- Great Communicator who is Performance-Driven with an Entrepreneurial Mindset

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an progressive Midwestern Seed Company in hiring a Business Development / Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, organized and out-of-box thinking individual who welcomes the challenge of acquiring and developing new business through influencing an established network of independent Midwestern Distributors/Dealers. This candidate will have the proven skills necessary to influence independent Farmer/Dealers to add or replace their current list of represented brands with the product line of this company. A possible candidate might be a Seed Treatment Salesperson who has a proven record of contracting with multiple Distributors/Dealers.. It is important the candidate of choice has a strong toehold in his/her regional Seed industry.
