QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Required:

  • Class B CDL (minimum)
  • Hazmat endorsement
  • Tanker endorsement
  • Strong safety mindset and attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Class A CDL
  • Previous fuel delivery experience
  • Agricultural background or familiarity with farm operations
  • Leadership or supervisory experience (even informal)

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

A progressive agricultural operation is seeking a Bulk Fuel Supervisor / Driver to support and lead its in-house fuel delivery program. This is a newly created role and presents a strong opportunity for a hands-on CDL driver to step into light supervisory responsibilities while remaining active in day-to-day operations. This is a working supervisor role, meaning the majority of time will be spent delivering fuel locally, with added responsibilities in coordination, scheduling, and operational oversight.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Fuel Delivery (Primary Function)

  • Deliver diesel, gasoline, and propane to farm and agricultural locations
  • Operate within a ~50-mile local delivery radius
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and timely fuel transport
  • Maintain compliance with all DOT, Hazmat, and safety regulations

Supervisory / Operational Duties

  • Provide oversight and support to one additional fuel driver
  • Assist in coordinating fuel loads from terminal to delivery points
  • Help manage delivery schedules and routing decisions
  • Monitor fuel inventory levels and allocation needs
  • Participate in basic fuel pricing awareness and decision-making
  • Support day-to-day operational planning

  • 2005 Kenworth T800 (fully rebuilt with updated ECM/electronics)
