- Experience with routine maintenance and general repairs for vehicles used on the farm
- Pivot irrigation experience preferred
- CDL a plus
- Welding experience a plus
- Need to be a dependable and hardworking, who's flexible and who can do it with a good attitude
- Ability to be organized and detail oriented

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for an experienced Hay Production Assistant Manager for this Washington producer. Prefer person to have experience with alfalfa hay farm operations, putting up hay, managing water, storage, etc. Operational experience in the hay industry is preferred. Will assist in the day-to-day production of alfalfa and grass hay. Hay storage management experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills are needed. Knowledge of safety policies and procedures regarding chemicals, equipment/machinery, and agricultural exempt situations is preferred. Ideally trying to find person who will be able to prove their self and eventually take on more and more responsibilities to allow owner to spend more time on other business.
