JOB TITLE: APPLICATOR

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GEO with solid aptitude for Math
- Farm background preferred
- Commercial Chemical Applicator license or ability to obtain
- Class A or B CDL or ability to obtain
- Solid Mechanical skills
- Ability to work well independently
- Detail-oriented

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ag Chem Applicators are responsible for the operation of a high-clearance sprayer or floater and the effective application of pesticides or fertilizer. Duties to include:
- Mixing, loading and applying pesticides or fertilizers to customer fields at approved applicable rates
- Educate customers on products being applied to fields, techniques utilized, and how you can continue to support them with products and services
- Assisting the sales staff in ensuring orders are correct and customer needs are met
- Performing warehouse work to include driving loader, forklift, mechanics, and maintenance
- Possible pick-up and delivery of product to customer
- Maintaining a clean driving record
- Other duties as assigned

Employer will consider training a farm individual with ability to obtain all licenses after employment.

This is a full-time, wage-earning position with opportunities for overtime and a year-end bonus as well as a good benefits package including medical insurance, retirement plan and paid vacation.
