JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2- or 4-year Agronomy or other Ag-related degree
- Agronomy Sales and/or Sales Leadership experience preferred; Employer will also consider recent college graduates with summer internships
- Basic knowledge of Western Nebraska crops, Ag chemicals, fertilizer, seed, Precision Ag, and other services offered through an Agronomy retail center
- Strong customer-focus with attention to detail
- Solid computer skills
- Valid driver license; CDL beneficial but not required
- Preference for an individual from the area or looking to return

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an established Ag Retailer looking to hire an Agronomy Salesperson or Agronomy Manager in Northwestern Nebraska. Primary role will be to work directly in the field with area growers to promote annual sales of a full line of agriculture products including fertilizer, Ag chemical, and seed; to sell Precision Ag programs; and to provide excellent customer service. Additionally, there is an opportunity to lead Agronomy operations at a key Agronomy facility offering an opportunity to oversee ALL aspects of an Agronomy facility...from boots on the ground sales and customer interaction/service to management of operations...all while coming alongside a motivated team of Agronomy personnel.
