KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2- or 4-year Ag-Related degree, Agronomy preferred
- Ag background with good knowledge and understanding of Livestock and Crop Production
- Proven ability to provide agronomic recommendations
- General knowledge of regulations surrounding livestock operations beneficial

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to Maintain and Grow Strong Customer Relationships

- Clean Driving Record with Ability to Travel up to 50%
- Currently Residing within Central Nebraska near Ag Grower / Livestock Operations with Established Producer Contacts preferred; ideal areas will be in the areas encompassed by Broken Bow, Holdrege, Hastings, and Wolbach

JOB DESCRIPTION:
EXCELLENCE, TRAINING, TEAM ATMOSPHERE!!! Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a Progressive, High-Integrity Ag Organization looking to bring on an Agronomy Advisor to cover the central area of Nebraska. With a focus on agronomy, our client understands the tremendous fertilizer value and yield impacts of manure/organic fertilizers. The same information that is required for compliance has proven extremely valuable in manure, compost, and bio-solid placement for the clients of this organization.

This Agronomy Account Manager will call on and consult with Ag grower/livestock operations and fertilizer customers to provide agronomic recommendations, nutrient management, and to advise on environmental compliance issues. General duties to include:
- Providing sound agronomic recommendations
- Developing tailor-made soil nutrient management plans and solutions
- Assisting livestock clientele to remain current with environmental compliance, providing annual reviews of their operating plans and permits as well as making recommendations for changes and/or improvements
- Developing strong business relationships with Ag customers as well as being active within local community representing yourself and your employer in the highest professional manner
- Collecting necessary information for other divisions of the organization and providing timely reports to upper management
- Timely monthly reporting of progress, growth, concerns, and client morale within the area

This individual will work from a home-based office and will report directly to the company COO. Client prefers an individual very active in local communities who will represent them in a positive and professional manner.
