QUALIFICATIONS:
- Agricultural background strongly preferred
- Proven track record with 2+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or business development, preferably within the ag industry
- Experience working with producers, ag retailers, cooperatives, or ag-related businesses
- Post-secondary education or college degree preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities
- Ability to establish priorities and effectively multi-task
- Comfortable with consistent outbound calling and follow-up
- Proficient with phone, computer, and Microsoft Word
- Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and ethical business practices

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking an Agricultural Recruiter to oversee national and international accounts within an established department. This role is responsible for recruiting and placement across a broad range of agricultural sectors, including:
- Agronomy
- Precision Technology
- Ag Chemical, Fertilizer, and Seed
- Production Agriculture (Farm, Ranch, Feedlot, Swine)
- Executive-level and C-suite agricultural positions
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is a well-established agricultural recruiting firm established in 1959, serving employers and ag professionals across the United States and internationally. This position is based in our Grand Island, Nebraska office within an established department and is replacing a long-time employee who recently retired. Office closes at 4:00 PM on Fridays. Grand Island offers excellent schools, healthcare, recreation, and dining, with convenient access to Kearney, Lincoln, and Omaha.
