QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school or GED required; Ag diploma or degree preferred
- Ag equipment background with good knowledge of Ag equipment parts used in farming and irrigation
- Self-directed with performance-driven personality a MUST
- Customer-focused with excellent customer service skills
- Solid communication and computer skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to supervise others a PLUS
- Currently residing within Northern Texas or looking to relocate back to this area is preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking an Ag Parts Manager for a Large Farming Operation in Northern Texas. Primary responsibilities to include:
- Taking parts orders over phone and in person
- Ordering parts online and by phone
- Receiving stock into inventory
- Keeping close track of inventory
- Working with customers on returns and order issues
- Making sure all department tools and equipment for sale are in good working order
- Keeping store clean and well-maintained.
