QUALIFICATIONS:

- Good experience operating heavy equipment (Caterpillar D5 Dozer and Caterpillar 320 Excavator)
- Experience in row crop production working with larger equipment a plus (Willing to assist as times)
- Handle routine maintenance & general repairs
- Arc welding & fabrication skills preferred
- Must have a clean/good driving record
- Looking for individual that is motivated, long-term and career-minded
- Must be able to work independently and be trustworthy and responsible
- Good attitude and dependable
- Excellent commutation skills and ability to work as a team player in a safe and productive manner
- Must be a self-starter, easy going and able to get along with others

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for a good Heavy Equipment Operator for this Missouri employer. The owner is a large row crop producer, who also has a dirt moving operation and needs operator for his heavy equipment. Jobs lined out are normally for area farm producers who don't have heavy equipment of their own and need dirt work or tree clearing, etc. Need someone who takes pride in what they do and who is a self-motivated individual with a good equipment background and solid character. Candidate will run heavy equipment; Excavator and Dozer for dirt work on the farm and surrounding area, trucking, and other shop work. Farm runs late model John Deere and has excellent facilities. Person needs to be responsible when it comes to equipment maintenance and equipment operations. Must be trustworthy, reliable, able to keep on schedule and complete assigned tasks. Position requires strong communication with others, as well as the owner. To have and maintain a CDL.
