JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a Well-Established Equipment Retailer seeking to hire an Ag Equipment Sales Representative in Central-Southwestern Ohio. Ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of proven Ag Equipment or Construction Equipment Sales experience, be an excellent communicator, and have a passion for selling to the end-user. Primary responsibilities to include:
- Focusing on the customer having an excellent buying experience by following a successful sales process, including timely completion of paperwork
- Setting/Monitoring/Managing agreed-upon sales goals and objectives against key performance indicators
- Working closely with other employees, departments, and/or locations to ensure customer has a seamless sales/delivery experience
- Prospecting new business and maintaining solid relationships with customers and team members
- Continually learning and applying new selling techniques on a regular basis
