A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE MANUFACTURING MANAGER

The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for embodying and promoting the company’s values while leading cross-functional teams in operations, engineering, sales, and accounting. This role involves overseeing performance metrics, implementing continuous improvements, managing company assets, and ensuring P&L accountability, including production costs, overhead, and cash flow management. You will build relationships within and across teams, mentor employees, and foster a respectful, accountable, and goal-oriented work environment. You will also participate in strategic planning with leadership and handle various operational responsibilities to achieve corporate business goals.

WORK SCHEDULE

This a full-time plant position.

AM I A GOOD FIT FOR THIS EXCITING OPPORTUNITY?

Ideal Candidates will have:

• Relevant business experience with five years or more in a leadership role
• Experience in a short run / high mix manufacturing and/or processing environment
• Knowledge of the agricultural industry
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, financial and inventory control systems

Preference will be given to candidates with a related degree or professional designation; however, equivalent training and experience will be considered.
