We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join us in a diverse, fast paced agriculture business in Southern Oregon. The right candidate will have a genuine interest in supporting our mission of "Where together we grow".

This position reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer and Assistant Chief Operations Officer.
SHIFT: 40-60+ hours a week, schedule varies

Daily

Assistant Floor Manager will support the Chief of Operations & Assistant Chief of Operations with day-to-day processes at plant with the following items as needed:

• Check in/out domestic and export trucks - hay and potatoes
• Reception duties - phones, scale, etc.
• Finish proper paperwork for drivers when loaded, including sealing of trucks
• Data entry
• Supervise employees on sorting line
• Manage daily shed operations
• Schedule incoming/outgoing potato shipments
• Schedule workforce based on daily operation needs
• Supervise loading activities on dock
• Monitor driver's activities in loading goods
• Schedule outbound trailer loading
• Review end of day reporting:
• Track carry-over loads daily
• Review pre-trip trailer inspection is completed and paperwork is looked over daily
• Oversee Quality Control samples; assure results are at the appropriate levels to meet customer specifications
• Keep walkways clear of debris
• Ensure plant is clean at end of day operations and documented
• Supervise washout operation
• Order supplies

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000- 80,000
