Your Role:

As an Agricultural Equipment Technician, you'll work both on the road and in the shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair agricultural equipment
• Perform inspections and assemble machinery
• Maintain accurate service records and quotes
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Suggest additional repairs and communicate with customers
• Care for tools and equipment
• Participate in maintaining a safe and tidy facility
• Address repeat repairs to prevent future issues
• Support cost control and productivity goals

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience (preferred)
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Comfortable with technology and computer systems
• Valid passport or ability to obtain one
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
• Time management and problem-solving skills
• Must provide own hand tools
• Willingness to be on-call during peak seasons

Safety Responsibilities:

• Follow all workplace safety and health regulations
• Use required PPE and safety equipment
• Report hazards, near misses, and unsafe acts
• Cooperate with safety committees and promote safe practices
