Job Description:

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • System monitoring: Track alerts and monitor ongoing problems in the fields.
  • User Retention and App Optimization: Ensure that our web and mobile decision support system is up-to-date and provides the best value to farmers. Collaborate with the agronomic team to gather data from the field, optimize the system for relevant insights, and make necessary updates on time. Identify opportunities for clients to maximize the value of N-Drip Connect, ensuring continued engagement with the product.
  • Project Tracking and prioritizing: Coordinate internally with different teams to prioritize project installation, system fixes, and data analysis.

 

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (preferred) or a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in the tech industry.
  • Experience in data analysis technologies.
  • Proven track record of project management with a data component (internship, coursework, or past projects).
  • Interest in and/or coursework in agriculture technology and sustainable farming practices is a plus.

Additional notes:

  • Internship position -  The opportunity to combine work and studies will be provided.
  • Travel during new hire training.
  • Availability may be required at unusual hours to support global operations.
  • Part-time position (Hybrid, 30 hours per week, 3 days a week).
  • Seasonal position (Feb-Oct 25)
