Duties/Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities
* Gain exposure and experience with all Olympic Sports teams and departmental services
* Provide sport-specific nutrition education to teams and engage in individual nutrition counseling with student-athletes
* Manage fueling stations for team sites, weight room, and centralized department sites
* Assist in managing undergraduate student interns and volunteers
* Oversee product and inventory management including receiving, deliveries, and storage room organization, including Fueling Station maintenance and quality/ food safety standards
* Assist with Training Table meals and planning pre-competition and recovery meals, and provide counsel for proper nutrient timing and plate coaching
* Facilitate departmental nutrition education, campaigns, and social media outreach
* Perform body composition assessment using BodPod and DXA technologies
* Research, evaluate, and recommend appropriate nutritional supplements
