Main duties and responsibilities

The 2025 Internship Program will be located at our Oxford, AL location. These internships provide hands-on training, coaching, mentoring, and practical experience in either our Technical or Commercial teams. As the world leader in wood- based panel production with 40 global sites, we are looking for talented ambitious, and passionate individuals to join our team and make a meaningful impact. During the internship, you will gain exposure to one or more diverse business areas, including Operations, Maintenance, Accounting / Finance, HR, Logistics, Purchasing, Sales and Marketing. You will work closely with industry professionals on meaningful projects that directly affect our operations. Additionally, you will have opportunities to develop problem- solving skills and gain insights into the inner workings of a global manufacturing leader.

 

Requirements

- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and contribute to process improvements.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate ideas, collaborate with team members, and present findings to leadership.
- Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy in handling tasks, especially when working with data, processes, or quality control measures.
- Adaptability and Willingness to Learn: Openness to new challenges, flexibility in dynamic environments, and eagerness to acquire new knowledge and skills in manufacturing operations.
- Must be currently enrolled in a business management, engineering, economics, marketing, finance, accounting, supply chain management or related field of study.
