Position Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented Farm Manager with strong business acumen to oversee our agricultural operations and staff development.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor staff, crops, and supply management
  • Prepare budgets and financial reports
  • Oversee farming activities and equipment maintenance
  • Host community volunteers and educational programs
  • Coordinate with OSU educators and interns

 

Requirements

  • Current OSU student (half-time minimum)
  • Agriculture-related degree focus
  • Valid Ohio Driver's License
  • Physical stamina for farm work
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
