What s in it for you?
Your Role: You should have a collaborative business minded approach with a focus on developing comprehensive process design strategies that optimize workflows and enhance overall efficiencies. In this role you will execute new strategies, design and implement effective workflows and procedures and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful process changes and continual improvement. This includes the measurement and monitoring of quantifiable business process improvements and enhancements. This is a new role that offers the opportunity to foster a culture of continuous improvement in an amazing culture while collaborating with people and working with intricate details.
What you Need: A bachelor s degree in a related field; at least 5 years of experience in evaluation, planning and implementation of process design and improvement programs; familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma practices certification preferred; strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; exceptional organizational skills, and strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.

This position is primarily located in Jefferson City - Central Office, Missouri.
Flexible work environment will be considered after the initial training period is complete and based off of the candidates' qualifications and needs.
This position is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
