We are looking to add an effective leader to our large scale multi crop grain operation.

The ideal canidate would have expereince coordinating a team, problem solving, and experience in grain farming. This is a very multitask heavy position requiring understanding of crop timing, equipment, and grain management. Excellent communication and delegation are required. Experience with agronomy and chemical applications are a plus.
