Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated, self-starting Territory Sales Representative to expand our footprint across the Southwest U.S. You will work with growers and distributors to deliver value-driven input solutions, backed by technical guidance, R&D-supported product development, and nearly two decades of proven results. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building, detail-oriented execution, and comfort with both field and office operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new grower customers within your territory
  • Communicate product value and ROI with clarity and confidence
  • Monitor competitor activity and adapt sales strategy accordingly
  • Collaborate with R&D on field trials, gather grower feedback, and deliver performance insights
  • Manage order entry, logistics coordination, and customer communication
  • Utilize QuickBooks to track orders, invoicing, and inventory
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and report regularly on territory performance

 

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in ag input sales or retail agronomy
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Ability to manage logistics, customer orders, and internal workflows accurately
  • Familiarity with field trials and agronomic performance metrics is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is highly desirable
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Southwest region
