We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Vice President in our corporate office in Mandan, ND. Day travel will be required to various branch locations.

Indicators of Success

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills
2. Excellent problem solving, analytical, and strategic selling skills
3. Current knowledge of farm / ranch production methods
4. Demonstrates strong leadership skills

Major/Essential Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading lending, marketing, and customer service functions at branch locations
• Responsible for establishing and monitoring policies and procedures
• Develop department plans and goals
• Manage and monitor credit and branch operations
• Supervise staff within the region
• Maintain a strong understanding of products and services offered

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business  
• Five years agricultural lending experience required
• Current knowledge of agriculture production methods and products
