Join our growing team in Mott! Farm Credit Services of Mandan is adding a full-time Loan Officer in our Mott, ND branch. The position is responsible for marketing and providing all credit and related services to new and existing customers.

Major/Essential Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and new customers, understanding their needs and financial situations
• Expertly market credit and related services
• Analyze loan applications, evaluate creditworthiness, and determine loan terms
• Manage loan servicing tasks and ensure compliance with company lending policies
• Represent and promote Farm Credit Services of Mandan within the community
• Maintain a strong understanding of finance, macroeconomics, current business practices, technology, and the products and services offered

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in finance, business, or agriculture preferred; two-year post-secondary degree accepted   
• Three years of related experience preferred
• Knowledge of current agriculture production practices
• Previous loan officer or business-relationship manager experience is desired
