Competitive compensation package. Grade and salary commensurate with experience, with an annualized base salary range of 165,000.00 - 210,000.00 plus a bonus based on team and individual performance. Description/Job Summary
The Regional Vice President, FieldOperations leads and manages a team of regional field offices encompassinglending operations by planning and implementing strategic initiatives andtactics that support the Association's vision and goals.
Responsibilities/Duties
Lead, manage, and develop Lending Regional Managers and field office teams, setting performance standards and supporting career growth.
Serve as a role model for the association's vision, mission, and values, and mentor staff across the organization.
Plan and implement strategic initiatives for lending operations, working closely with senior management.
Collaborate with other field leaders to drive consistency, share best practices, and support organizational success.
Communicate and execute corporate direction across regional offices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee credit administration, monitor adherence to policies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Develop and execute business development strategies to grow lending portfolios and enhance customer experience.
Advocate for a sales culture mindset and oversee product knowledge, sales, and servicing training.
Ensure compliance with credit policies, procedures, and regulations; address audit findings and maintain internal controls.
Serve as a liaison with third parties, including other Farm Credit institutions and service providers.
Required Skills

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance or agriculture and 7 years of related experience in agribusiness, credit analysis or sales, including 5 years of supervisory experience; Or an equivalent combination of education, experience and skillset sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
