How you’ll make an impact 

  • As a Technical Analyst on our Experience Design team, you’ll administer MDM platforms such as JAMF and Intune, along with core Microsoft 365 tools including Entra ID and Defender, to help ensure our device endpoint environment remains healthy, secure and well-managed. 
  • Drawing on your experience with device management, M365 administration, and cross-platform support – including macOS – you’ll play a key role in enhancing and automating processes that improve the reliability and efficiency of our end-user systems. 
  • This role requires a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues – and the ability to work independently when needed, applying strong problem-solving skills to keep our systems running smoothly. A clear and confident communicator, you can translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences. Naturally curious and adaptable, you’re comfortable learning new tools, trying out emerging technologies, and contributing within an Agile, cross-functional environment to strengthen processes, elevate user experience and support continuous improvement across the team. 

 

What you’ll do 

  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues
  • Help simplify and streamline processes to improve the end-user and operational experience
  • Support senior analysts by identifying and escalating technical or design challenges related to solution configuration or integration with existing frameworks and environments
  • Implement and support automation, configuration changes, and platform updates across managed devices
  • Participate in design and ideation sessions to strengthen the product and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Perform configuration and testing activities to ensure high-quality, reliable technology solutions
  • Monitor industry trends, tools and techniques to match opportunities with business needs
  • Work with product team and architects to plan technology evolution, acquisition and continuous improvement
  • Ensure the understanding of business requirements
  • Monitor and drive performance gains related to automation

 

Required qualifications: 

 A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or information technology 

Minimum four years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)? 

Technical expertise in the following:   ?

- endpoint management  

- device security and compliance  

- M365 administration  

- macOS device management 

Proven ability to perform assessments of complex technical solutions to identify issues and resolve incidents 

Extensive knowledge of computer programming, systems analysis, design concepts, development methodologies and industry trends 

Experience leading demos and presentations
