Join our Compliance & Ethics team, where you’ll support various lines of work and programs, including regulatory compliance and the Customer Diligence Centre. You’ll help identify legislative changes and assess their impact to the organization, support Regulatory Compliance Specialists with compliance testing, and support know-your-customer (KYC) due diligence under anti-money laundering laws. You’ll work alongside in-house legal counsel, paralegals, specialists and analysts. Success in this fast-paced role calls for strong teamwork, analytical thinking, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. An interest in risk, governance and compliance is required.

 

What you'll do

  • Monitor legislative changes and/or assess their applicability to the organization
  • Support in-house legal counsel and regulatory compliance specialists with various tasks, including control effectiveness assessments and compliance testing
  • Support KYC analysts and specialists with various KYC tasks

  • Interest in risk functions and compliance matters

 

What you'll need

  • Enrolment in a program for a degree in law
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
